Many of you who check out my blog on a regular basis know that I work on staff at National Community Church. One of the programs that we have here is the Protégé program. The Protégé Program is a training and proving ground for emerging church leaders. During your Protégé year, a protégé will accumulate valuable experience, mentors, and knowledge that will prepare them for stepping into the next phase of their God-given calling.
